History Maker – song for a dull day

It’s been a dull day.

Last week I was away on a Church Leadership conference (reflections shortly), so yesterday was my first full working day back and foolishly I filled it with meetings. So today has been a day of catching up on emails, updating the website, writing letters, returning calls. All the nuts and bolts parts of ministry which are important, and need to be done, but which can, well, be dull. On days like this it’s good to listen again to the songs which remind you of why you came into ministry.

One of my favourites:

Something Else is back

The Something Else Service is back on this Sunday at 7.30pm.

After a break for the Christmas celebrations and holidays we are coming together again. SEB (Something Else Band) will be leading worship and Simon will be introducing our theme for the next term – Redeemed Relationships.

Coffee and pastries at 7.30; worship starts 8.45pm.

If you have never been before do join us – were a friendly bunch who value vibrant worship and teaching with an emphasis on life application. A great way to start the week!

Infomertial ends…
