The Message of Easter

As part of our Easter Celebrations St Giles is performing an Easter Play. With a crew and cast drawn from St Giles and friends of St Giles it is a really local production. We had a taster in our Palm Sunday service and there was nothing ‘amateur’ about the performance. The play is on for three night only – 29th – 31st March, Tickets are available on the door. More details here.

Seniors Tea

We had our annual Seniors Tea on Sunday. Our Junior church kids organise a cream tea for the older members of the church. They bake cakes, buy plants and put on a show.
The older members love meeting the kids, and through games like Connect 4 and Jenga, everyone has fun playing together. The publicity is done by the children themselves, and this poster caught my eye.

What are they teaching them on a Sunday??????
